Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials implementation, customization, and production support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, functional, and IT teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, and post-production support. The candidate should be capable of independently managing project deliverables while ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and customize Oracle EBS technical components, including RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Design and develop SQL queries and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Develop BI Publisher reports and support Oracle Financials modules.
- Participate in Oracle EBS implementation, rollouts, upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Provide technical solutions while ensuring minimal impact on existing applications.
- Work on Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) for issue resolution.




- Prepare technical documentation following Oracle AIM methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze technical risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support Europe shift operations when required.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of Oracle EBS Technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules.
- Excellent SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Hands-on experience with RICEW development.
- Experience with BI Publisher reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation, rollouts, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of Oracle AIM documentation methodology.
- Experience working with Oracle Support (SRs).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Oracle ADF and SOA.
- Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSP, and Servlets.
- Experience in at least two of the following Oracle Financial modules:
- Oracle Advanced Collections
- Oracle iReceivables
- Oracle Fixed Assets

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven Oracle EBS Technical consulting experience.
- Strong customer focus with excellent ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Flexible to work in Europe shift
