Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Cloud Architecture

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions across Azure and GCP.

• Develop and maintain enterprise cloud architecture standards, blueprints, and reference architectures.

• Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), and Architecture Decision Records (ADR).

• Define cloud adoption roadmaps and modernization strategies.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and technology solutions.

Multi-Cloud Architecture (Azure & GCP)

• Design and govern multi-cloud architectures across Azure and GCP.

• Define workload placement strategies and cloud operating models.

• Architect cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions.

• Design enterprise landing zones and cloud foundation services.

• Establish cloud governance, security, and operational standards.

• Develop reusable architecture patterns and implementation frameworks.

Enterprise Networking Architecture

• Design enterprise-scale networking architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Architect hybrid connectivity solutions using:

o Azure ExpressRoute

o Cloud Interconnect

o Site-to-Site VPN

o SD-WAN

o MPLS

• Design network segmentation, security zones, and routing strategies.

• Architect global traffic management and load balancing solutions.

• Lead network transformation and cloud networking initiatives.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Define Infrastructure as Code standards and best practices.

• Design and govern Terraform-based cloud provisioning frameworks.

• Develop reusable Terraform modules and deployment templates.

• Implement GitOps and infrastructure lifecycle management practices.

• Automate cloud provisioning and operational workflows.

• Ensure infrastructure consistency across environments.

DevOps & Platform Engineering

• Design CI/CD architectures using GitHub Actions and enterprise DevOps practices.

• Define deployment standards and release management processes.

• Establish automated testing, security validation, and compliance checks.

• Integrate infrastructure deployments with enterprise DevOps pipelines.

• Implement infrastructure drift detection and governance controls.

Security Architecture & Governance

• Design cloud security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.

• Define enterprise identity and access management strategies.

• Establish cloud security controls and compliance frameworks.

• Architect secure network boundaries and workload protection mechanisms.

• Design privileged access management and secrets management solutions.

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cloud Governance & Compliance

• Define enterprise cloud governance frameworks.

• Implement governance using:

o Azure Policy

o Management Groups

o RBAC





o Resource Tagging Standards

o Organizational Policies

• Establish cloud guardrails and architecture review processes.

• Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and industry standards.

Application & Integration Architecture

• Design microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.

• Architect enterprise integration solutions.

• Define API management and integration standards.

• Design messaging and event streaming architectures.

• Lead application modernization and transformation initiatives.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Design high availability and disaster recovery architectures.

• Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).

• Develop enterprise resilience strategies.

• Conduct disaster recovery assessments and testing exercises.

• Architect multi-region and multi-cloud recovery solutions.

Monitoring, Observability & Operations

• Define enterprise monitoring and observability standards.

• Architect centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting platforms.

• Establish operational readiness and support models.

• Drive operational excellence and service reliability initiatives.

• Define KPIs and operational dashboards.

Cloud Financial Management (FinOps)

• Define cloud cost governance and optimization frameworks.

• Establish chargeback and showback models.

• Review cloud consumption trends and optimization opportunities.

• Provide recommendations for cost reduction and resource efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Conduct architecture workshops and discovery sessions.

• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and technology stakeholders.

• Present architecture recommendations to executive management.

• Lead architecture review boards and technical governance meetings.

• Mentor cloud architects, engineers, and technical teams.

• Drive cloud architecture best practices across the organization.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

• Support solution estimation and technical proposal development.

• Participate in RFP, RFI, and technical bid responses.

• Provide technical leadership during customer engagements.

• Present solution architectures and transformation roadmaps to clients and stakeholders.
