- Trouble Shooting on EOT Crane. Attending to breakdown calls (warranty & non warranty), One Time Health Checks & AMC -Preventive Maintenance Checks & Crane modification /overhauling.
- Resolving overhead crane related problems raised by customers. This will involve gaining a transparent understanding of the reported problem, identifying what the real problem is and analysing it to determine the root cause. Explaining & suggesting the cost-effective solution & gaining customer approval to expedite & implement the suggested solution to customers satisfaction.
- Overseeing or /and executing the job which is assigned (MHE Repairs, AMC, One Time Health Checks) and ensuring timely & quality technical service to customers.




- Evaluating Crane installations & performance and recommending Spares, products /accessories and services based on real needs.
- Preparing Service /Visit reports by collecting and analysing customer information and sending reports to customer.
- Daily Reports to Regional Office about the work progress.
- Communicating with customers for report, spares order and closure of issues.

Key Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively to sites, Ability to work on the EOT Crane with hands, Computer literacy (MS Office - word /excel).
