Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Cloud Migration and DevOps engineering teams.
- Drive end-to-end AWS cloud migration and modernization programs.
- Oversee project planning, Agile delivery, team utilization, and technical execution.
- Collaborate with delivery, presales, and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Define cloud migration strategies, automation frameworks, and DevOps best practices.
- Coach engineers, support hiring, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.

Required Skills

- 10 to 14 years of IT experience with 2 to 3 years of team leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Cloud Migration, and DevOps.
- Expertise in Terraform/CloudFormation, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with AWS MGN, DMS, Migration Hub, CloudEndure, Zerto, and 7R Migration Strategy.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), Helm, OpenShift.
- Robust knowledge of Cloud Security, IAM, Security Hub, Guard Duty, and Agile methodologies.
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect/Professional) preferred.
