Project delivery & workstream ownership

o Own and deliver modules across operational diligence (ODD), cost analysis, operating model design, integration, and carve-out execution

o Lead development and review of financial and operational analyses, including cost structures, organization design, KPIs, and benchmarking

o Translate complex datasets and management inputs into structured insights, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations

o Drive creation of client-ready deliverables, including presentations, trackers, and data books aligned with deal requirements

Coaching & delivery enablement

o Support day-to-day execution across junior team members, ensuring quality of outputs and adherence to timelines

o Provide guidance in problem-solving, analysis structuring, and development of deliverables

o Coach and support team members in building analytical and execution capabilities across engagements

Tool development & knowledge enablement





o Drive development and refinement of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to enhance execution efficiency

o Lead creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and reporting structures aligned with evolving deal requirements

o Capture and institutionalize learnings and best practices to strengthen delivery capabilities across engagements

Firm reinvestment activities

o Actively contributes to internal initiatives related to capability building, knowledge development, and research

o Support preparation of internal materials and analyses aligned with broader team priorities and strategic initiatives

Participate in firm-level efforts aimed at improving delivery quality, scalability, and overall value creation impact
