Objective:

Manage production planning in accordance with customer demand and monitor performance with production floor and logistic.

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities

- Lead workload/capacity analysis by managing S&OP;, MPS
- Maintain ERP input at MPS level
- Provide inputs to PPC to create production planning
- Monitor related KPI like OTD, WIP, production lead time, productivity
- Manage material requirement and material consumption performance in the production line with support of production supervisor
- Support all SAFRAN+ intitiatives to improve global performance
- Perform all Health, Safety & Workplace(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years minimum experience in industrial environment
- B-tech in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Fluent in English
- Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (method, procurement, scheduling, production follow-up) and relevant tools
- Advanced knowledge on MS Excel
- MS office
- SAP PP, MM
- Good communication behavior
