Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced POD Tech Lead to lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives while acting as the primary technical interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, client-facing experience, and expertise in modern application architecture, cloud technologies, and Generative AI solutions.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of driving delivery excellence, mentoring engineering teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of complex digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-scale product and engineering initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Act as the technical lead for cross-functional teams and client engagements.
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Drive application architecture using Microservices and cloud-native design principles.
- Provide technical guidance on Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, and Azure Cloud technologies.
- Lead Agile delivery teams while ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering teams to improve delivery efficiency.
- Mentor developers, technical leads, and engineering teams to build high-performing squads.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while driving mitigation plans.




- Participate in technical solution reviews, architecture discussions, and cost-benefit analysis for new initiatives.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions across enterprise applications.
- Present technical solutions, delivery updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale, high-complexity technology projects.
- 6+ years of Product Engineering, Technical Leadership, or Product Management experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs
- React.js
- Azure Cloud (Preferred)

- Good understanding of:

- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- DevOps
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Quality Engineering

- Strong experience in project management and technical team leadership.
- Experience mentoring developers and technical leads.
- Strong stakeholder management with business, technical, and product teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI.
- Experience with Agile Transformation initiatives is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree is an added advantage.
