About company It is a fast-growing residential solar company helping homeowners adopt rooftop solar through simple consultation, design, installation, and after-sales support.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to handle field marketing and lead generation activities. The role involves ATL/BTL campaigns, society activations, RWA partnerships, and customer engagement activities to generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute field marketing and BTL activities in residential areas.
- Visit apartments, housing societies, and gated communities for customer engagement.
- Build relationships with RWAs, society committees, and local partners.
- Organize society activations, kiosks, stalls, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct Door-to-Door (D2D)



outreach to generate customer leads.
- Educate homeowners about rooftop solar and its benefits.
- Generate and update qualified leads in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Track lead status and support lead conversion.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Field Marketing, BTL Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Community Engagement.
- Experience in Solar, Real Estate, Interior, EdTech, or other high-ticket industries preferred.
- Regional language fluency is mandatory:
- Bangalore Kannada
- Hyderabad Telugu
- Nagpur Marathi
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Comfortable with field work and ATL/BTL activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
