Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.

- Manage and optimize existing loyalty programs to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure program success.
