We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to manage Axis Bank branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and customers.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

- Provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales management and leadership.

- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and bancassurance products.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Experience working with Axis Bank or similar institutions is an advantage.
