- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment (360 hiring)
- Work on Travel RN, Allied Health
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder
- Work on VMS/MSP client requirements (Aya, Medefis, AHSA, etc.)
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews.
- Maintain data in ATS tools like JobDiva, Nexus, Vivian, TNS
- Social Media hiring
- Ensure quality submissions and meet hiring targets
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Healthcare Staffing recruitment
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools & job portals
- Positive communication & sourcing skills
- Ability to work in night shift
