Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Greenfield pharmaceutical project execution from initial construction stage to commissioning.
- Handle complete civil project activities including:

- Site development
- RCC works
- Industrial structures
- Building construction
- Finishing works
- Infrastructure development

Manage and coordinate PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) works, including:

- Structural erection
- Fabrication coordination
- Roofing and cladding activities
- Vendor management

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for:

- Electrical systems
- HVAC systems
- Utility systems
- Water systems
- Fire protection systems

Monitor project progress against approved timelines and budgets.

Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Ensure construction activities meet pharmaceutical GMP requirements.

Support commissioning, qualification, and handover activities.

Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
