Job Title: Reltio MDM Developer (Customer & Product Domains)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Master Data Management (MDM) platform, with a specific focus on the Customer and Product domains. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for configuring data models, match/merge rules, and integration pipelines to ensure high-quality, unified master data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Configuration: Design and configure Reltio data models, survivorship rules, match/merge strategies, and UI layouts specifically for Customer and Product data.

Integration & ETL: Develop and maintain real-time and batch data integrations using Reltio Integration Cloud (RIC), APIs (REST/JSON), and ETL tools to ingest and syndicate data.

Data Quality & Governance: Implement data cleansing, validation rules, and workflow processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Performance Tuning: Optimize Reltio performance, including match rule tuning, indexing, and large-scale data loading.

Collaboration: Partner with data architects,



business analysts, and data stewards to translate business requirements into technical MDM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with the Reltio MDM platform.

Domain Expertise: Proven track record implementing Customer Master (B2B/B2C) and Product Master data domains.

Technical Skills:

Robust proficiency with Reltio JSON configurations (L3 configurations, match rules).

Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Java or Python.

Experience with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and queues (SQS, Kafka).

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex data matching and integration issues.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

Reltio Developer Certification.

Experience with Reltio Integration Cloud (RIC) or MuleSoft.

Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases
