Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to drive revenue growth.

- Provide expert advice on equity markets, products, and services to clients.

- Execute trades on behalf of clients while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with market developments and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in broking or dealing with NISM certification (Series VI & VIII preferred).

- Strong understanding of capital markets, including equity derivatives such as options and futures.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
