Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to join a leading Financial Services organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent strategy, along with solid analytical skills to drive data-backed hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, business, and corporate functions.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and execute hiring plans.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare dashboards to monitor hiring performance, pipeline health, TAT, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, reporting,



and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

- 8 - 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Financial Services, Banking, BFSI, FinTech, or Consulting.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Excellent sourcing capabilities for niche and leadership hiring.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to create meaningful hiring insights and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time (plug-and-play professional).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for Technology, Digital, Analytics, Risk, Banking, or Financial Services roles.
- Expertise in recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, workforce planning, and hiring metrics.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
