Roles and Responsibility

- Design, implement, and manage IAM systems to ensure secure access to sensitive data and applications.

- Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities.

- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM systems and policies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM system performance, security, and user access.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and industry trends.

- Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar products.

- Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations,



and standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
