Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead project execution from planning to handover, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Manage site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and equipment coordination.

- Oversee interior works, corporate fitouts, and commercial projects with expertise in Fit Out.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on site.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall project performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-22 years of experience in civil construction or related field (B.Tech / B.E. degree) with at least 5+ years in Corp Fit outs

- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects.

- Excellent communication in English is mandatory.

- Robust understanding of building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements for commercial properties.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, etc.
