### Eligibility

* **Graduation is Mandatory**

* Minimum **1 year of experience** in Content Moderation, BPO, or a relevant domain.

* Excellent written English communication skills.

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

* Good attention to detail.

* Basic computer proficiency.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts (247 setting).

### Key Responsibilities

* Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines.





* Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.

* Ensure high accuracy while reviewing text, images, and videos.

* Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate teams.

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

* Meet quality and productivity targets.
