- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing models and shop drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Navisworks.
- Convert 2D drawings into 3D BIM models while ensuring project standards and quality
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from Karnataka willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.
- 25 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
- Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice are preferred.
