Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Must be fluent in both Hindi and English
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 16,000 In-Hand per month
- Additional Shift Allowance
- Cab facility provided by the company during odd working hours/night shifts (as per company policy)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
