Position: - Program Qualified

Shift Timings: 8:00 pm - 5:00 am (Cab Facility available)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage Contingent Workers onboarding cases simultaneously, ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed prior to the worker start date.
- Verify CW documentation against the item onboarding checklist, ensuring completeness and compliance with client policies.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all mandatory documentation is submitted, validated, and approved within defined timelines.
- Review CW profiles and identify discrepancies, missing documents, or incorrect information and flag issues to the relevant SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for corrective action.




- Track and follow up on pending discrepancies to ensure resolution within defined service levels.
- Revalidate updated documentation before final profile approval.
- Approve CW profiles once all checklist items and compliance requirements are cleared. Confirm if they are ready for deployment and aligned with scheduled start dates.
- Ensure all onboarding approvals are properly recorded in the VMS.

Tools:- Fieldglass & Service Now (SNOW)

Skills:

1. Proficient with tools like Excel
2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
4. Experience managing or supporting contingent hires through MSP is an advantage.
