- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Define scalable and reusable platform architecture patterns.
- Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and data models.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
- Provide technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with integrations across complex enterprise environments.
- Exposure to AI and automation capabilities, including ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Experience contributing to agentic AI or intelligent workflow initiatives.

- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM or ITAM modules.
