ABOUT THE ROLE:

Javita Consultancy is a focused SAP consulting practice delivering S/4HANA Private Cloud projects for global clients using modern SAP technologies ABAP, Fiori Elements, OData, RAP, BTP, and Clean Core extensibility.

We are hiring a hands-on SAP ABAP developer (fresher to 2 years) with robust ABAP fundamentals and the hunger to grow into a modern full-stack SAP developer. ABAP knowledge or experience is MANDATORY. You will work on live international S/4HANA projects under the direct guidance of a Senior SAP Architect (15+ years, 15+ global implementations), with a structured growth path into RAP, Fiori, CAP, BTP, and SAP AI (Joule).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain ABAP objects — reports (Classical/ALV), function modules, classes, enhancements — on live S/4HANA projects
- Debug, analyze, and fix issues in standard and custom code
- Progressively take up CDS Views, OData, RAP, and Fiori tasks under architect guidance
- Support end-to-end feature delivery — development, unit testing, and documentation
- Follow Clean Core principles as you grow into S/4HANA extensibility
- Work from office daily, code daily, and communicate progress clearly
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews with the senior architect

MANDATORY SKILLS — ABAP (Knowledge or Hands-on Experience):





- ABAP fundamentals — Data Dictionary (tables, structures, data elements, domains), internal tables, Open SQL
- Reports — Classical and ALV
- Modularization — Function Modules, Includes, Subroutines
- OO ABAP basics — classes, methods, interfaces
- Debugging — ability to trace and analyze code issues
- Freshers: solid ABAP training/certification with demonstrable hands-on practice or
- 1–2 Years: real project experience in ABAP developments, enhancements (User Exits/BAdIs), and support

GOOD TO HAVE (Not Mandatory — Strong Advantage):

- SAP RAP — behavior definitions, validations, determinations, actions
- SAP CAP (CAPM) — Cloud Application Programming Model
- SAP Fiori/UI5 — Fiori Elements, freestyle UI5, OData consumption
- SAP Build — Build Apps, Process Automation, Work Zone
- SAP Joule / SAP AI exposure
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite
- CDS Views, OData V2/V4, ABAP on HANA (AMDP)
- SAP BTP basics, Git, VS Code, Business Application Studio (BAS)

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT TERMS:

- 100% Fixed salary — no variable pay, no performance-linked component
- Consolidated monthly payout — whatever is agreed is what you receive each month, in full
- No PF deduction — fixed compensation structure
- Salary range: 1.8 – 4.0 LPA (fixed), based on experience, skills, and interview performance
- Performance-based salary revision after 6–12 months

- Fresher to 2 years — SAP ABAP knowledge or experience is mandatory
- Currently residing in Hyderabad — outstation candidates will NOT be considered
- Able to commute daily to our Kondapur office (Mon–Fri, Work From Office only)

- Strong willingness to code daily and grow under senior architect guidance

SELECTION PROCESS — Single Round Technical Interview

- Live ABAP coding — internal tables, logic problems, ALV report
- Debugging exercise on a given code sample
- Data Dictionary and OO ABAP concept questions
- 1–2 Yrs candidates: walkthrough of ABAP objects you built on real projects
- Discussion of any RAP / Fiori / CAP / Build / Joule / CPI exposure
