Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python Development
Strong understanding of AI & Generative AI concepts
- Experience in building Agentic AI Solutions
- Hands-on experience with Python ADK or similar agent development frameworks
- Good understanding of Prompt Engineering
- Ability to write effective agent instructions and define agent behaviors
- Experience with Agentic Flows / Orchestration Patterns
- Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
- Familiarity with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tools
- Exposure to LangGraph or other graph-based orchestration frameworks
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Robust debugging, problem-solving, and Python coding skills

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in developing enterprise-grade Gen AI applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in Agile development teams
