Role & responsibilities

HC Robotics is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies, HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong business partnering capabilities, hands-on HR generalist experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related initiatives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, performance management, promotions, transfers, and employee separations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, vendor compliance, and Company policies.
- Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee records, and documentation.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports,



compliance trackers, and analyze HR metrics to support business decisions.
- Implement HR policies, process improvements, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 5-8 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing the complete employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience implementing HR processes, systems, and policies
- Ability to establish discipline, accountability, and process adherence across the organization
- Strong execution skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise HRIS tools
