Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for both domestic and international

suppliers.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality,

and delivery timelines.

• Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate

documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth

shipping operations.

• Monitor shipment status, transit timelines, customs documentation (if applicable), and

timely deliveries.

• Track inventory requirements and ensure uninterrupted product availability.

• Resolve procurement, shipping, and supplier-related issues promptly.

• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase reports.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.





• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and Warehouse for

seamless procurement processes.

• Handle vendor performance evaluations and build long-term supplier relationships.

Team Management & Accountability

• Lead and manage the procurement team by assigning daily tasks and monitoring

performance.

• Ensure accountability for procurement targets, shipment schedules, and team

deliverables.

• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct regular reviews and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.

• Foster collaboration and maintain high standards of communication within the team.
