- Daily market visit along with ISR to provide on the job training
- Ensure adherence of admin protocol by field force- reports submission, attendance monitoring etc...
- Distributor visit, ensure claims & damage settlement as and when required
- Physical checking of stock levels at Distributor point.
- Monitor CFA operations & stock levels as required.
- Ensure ISRs are working as per PJP and as per company mobile app policy
- Effectively plan town wise targets and ISR PJP
- Ability to fill manpower & DB vacancies without affecting business.
- Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with team
- Supervision & execution of promotional activities or display schemes as and when planned by management.
