Role & Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate fitness centre.

Ensure a seamless and premium member experience.

Lead and supervise the centre team to achieve operational excellence.

Coordinate with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.

Handle member queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Monitor centre performance, maintain reports, and ensure SOP compliance.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance.

Drive member engagement and support business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

0-2 years of experience in Centre Operations, Facility Management, Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service.

Strong leadership and team management skills.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling client relationships and escalations.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willing to work from the client location in Hyderabad.

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
