We are hiring enthusiastic 2025-26 pass-out graduates for the role of Functional Consultant. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from a B. Com (Computers & computer applications) background who are eager to begin their careers in functional consulting and business application support.

Eligibility Criteria

- B. Com (Computers & computer applications) graduates
- 2025-26 pass-outs
- Minimum 60% aggregate throughout education (10th, 12th, and Graduation)with no gaps
- No active academic backlogs
- Strong interest in business processes and functional systems

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business requirements and assist in preparing functional specifications
- Support the implementation and configuration of business/ERP applications
- Prepare documentation such as process flows, requirement documents, and user manuals
- Assist in system testing, test case preparation,



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide functional support to end users and help troubleshoot system issues
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of business workflows and IT systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
