Role & responsibilities

Candidates with prior experience in Industrial Projects (Factory / Manufacturing)are preferred and accountable for execution of assigned part of project within assigned cost, in time bound manner with defined Quality and Safety standard.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Planning & Execution

Study scope of work, BOQ, technical specifications, and GFC drawings.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans as per the baseline schedule.

Plan resources, manpower, and work sequence for productivity.

Ensure quality standards, safety measures, and approved work methods (WMS).

Guide the team on technical work, workmanship, and quality to avoid rework.

Monitor material usage, shuttering repetition, and wastage control.

Ensure daily progress reporting, TBT (Tool Box Talk), and planning updates.

Prepare and submit BBS, JMRs, and daily progress reports.

Coordinate with QS and planning engineers for billing, rate analysis, and documentation.





2. Sub-Contractor Management

Raise requisitions for materials and third-party work in advance.

Monitor labour contractors for adequate manpower and productivity.

Ensure timely billing and payment follow-up for contractors.

Coordinate with contractors to meet project timelines.

3. Special Jobs & Innovation

Manage specialized works with expert agencies and equipment.

Implement current methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Ensure necessary approvals before executing work.

Handle handover documentation and closure of snag lists.

4. Team Building

Motivate and guide the team to maintain teamwork.

Provide technical learning and training to improve performance.

Ensure coordination between different departments for smooth work.
