Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Temenos Transact Technical Lead with strong expertise in T24/TAFJ R23+ and a solid understanding of Private Banking and Finance modules. The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive solution design, development, integration, production support, and technical governance while leading a development squad in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, development, and delivery of Temenos Transact solutions.
- Design and develop scalable interfaces, customizations, and local developments.
- Review technical and architectural designs while ensuring compliance with development standards and security guidelines.
- Lead and mentor the development squad, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code.
- Develop solutions using T24 COB, Services Framework, Integration & Interaction Frameworks.
- Investigate and resolve production (RTB) issues and support deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business Change Engineers, and Project Managers to drive successful project delivery.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide regular delivery status updates.
- Perform impact assessments, effort estimation, and ensure adherence to BJB development standards and T24 coding best practices.




- Identify and manage technical risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

- 7 12 years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development.
- Hands-on experience with TAFJ R23+ in multi-company, multi-application server environments.
- Strong expertise in InfoBasic, Java, Design Studio, GitLab, JBoss, Oracle SQL Developer, and Temenos Unit Test Framework.
- Deep understanding of T24 COB, Services Framework, Integration & Interaction Frameworks, and Streaming Solutions.
- Experience with production support (RTB), troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Tivoli.
- Good understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL query optimization, and Linux scripting.
- Functional understanding of Private Banking and Finance modules in Temenos Transact.
- Experience working in Secure Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
