The role

We are hiring a founding engineer to help build the platform from the ground up: a patient mobile app with an audio-based AI digital nurse, dashboards for clinicians, and the intelligent backend behind them. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the founders, own real parts of the product, and help shape an architecture designed to scale across hospitals worldwide.

Your initial focus will be developing our mobile app, but we are looking for much more than someone who can simply write code.

We want an all-rounder, problem-solver and self-starter who is curious enough to learn new technologies, take ownership and go beyond expectations. As we grow, your role will evolve with us, giving you the opportunity to work across different areas of technology and product development.

What you will build

- The patient mobile app in Flutter: onboarding, wearable data, the AI nurse experience, and clinical assessments. This is your core.
- Clinician dashboards in React / TypeScript: owning the patient-facing and clinician-facing experience end to end.
- Integrations with wearables and hospital systems, working closely with the backend engineer.
- Secure, privacy-first foundations on MS Azure.
- Use AI to speed up development; Integrate and customise APIs of our Cancer Foundation Models.

Qualifications





- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must have

- 5+ years building and shipping production software.
- Deep expertise in Flutter / Dart, with apps you have taken all the way to launch.
- Robust React / TypeScript, or the confidence to pick it up quickly.
- Care for security and privacy when handling sensitive data.
- Ownership mindset: comfortable taking features end to end in a small, fast-moving team.
- Willingness to travel to partner hospital sites within India for onsite technical support, deployments, and collaboration with clinical teams (occasional and project-driven).

Nice to have

- Python / FastAPI (optional; the backend is owned by a dedicated engineer).
- Solid API design and relational database fundamentals.
- Healthtech, digital health, or remote monitoring experience.
- Healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7) and EHR / HIS integration.
- LLM or conversational AI in production.
- Wearable and sensor data (Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit).
- Startup or founding-team experience.
