We are looking for an experienced Director Product Development Engineering (Workday Financials Specialist) with 16+ years of ERP experience and at least 10 years of Workday expertise, primarily in Workday Financials. The ideal candidate should possess solid techno-functional capabilities with hands-on experience in Workday Financial Management, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Prism Analytics, Accounting Center, and Workday integrations. The role involves leading software engineering teams, managing stakeholders, driving product development, and delivering scalable financial integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Software Lifecycle Management for Workday Financials including Architecture, Design, Development, Testing, and Production Support.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Financial integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Work extensively with Workday Prism Analytics including data ingestion, data transformation, dataset pipelines, security configuration, and reporting.




- Configure and manage Workday Accounting Center including accounting rules, mapping logic, posting configurations, and transformations.
- Support financial reconciliation between subledger and General Ledger postings.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, IT teams, and implementation partners.
- Guide integrations with banks, treasury systems, suppliers, and third-party financial systems.
- Perform solution design reviews and code reviews ensuring security and compliance.
- Manage Workday security, reporting, calculated fields, and integration error handling.
- Drive process automation and system optimization initiatives.
- Manage engineering teams across multiple locations including hiring, mentoring, and capability development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize product backlog and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and integration frameworks.
