Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Engineering / Construction

Job Summary
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with experience in hiring for engineering, infrastructure, and construction roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for positions such as civil engineers, project managers, site engineers, and quantity surveyors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and construction roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements (civil, mechanical, electrical)
- Source candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and industry-specific databases
- Screen resumes for roles such as:
- Civil Engineer
- Site Engineer
- Project Manager
- Quantity Surveyor
- Planning Engineer
- MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with project teams and technical panels
- Manage offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and onboarding
- Maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures
Required Skills
- Understanding of engineering and construction job roles
- Ability to read and interpret technical resumes
- Solid sourcing and headhunting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business / Engineering preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
- Prior experience hiring for:
- EPC companies
- Real estate developers
- Infrastructure projects
