Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Network Team Lead to manage enterprise network operations, service delivery, and a team of 15+ engineers. The role requires strong expertise in Routing, Switching, DC Switching, Wi-Fi, Security, Load Balancers, DNS, Telephony/Voice solutions, and ITIL-based service management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes using ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, service availability, and network performance.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex network issues.
- Drive network projects, stakeholder coordination, and service improvements.
- Prepare operational reports, RCA documents, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers.
- Manage resource allocation, performance reviews, and team development.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, DC Switching, Wi-Fi,



Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), Load Balancers (F5), DNS, Monitoring Tools (OMI, Prometheus, Infoblox), and Telephony/Voice Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
- Robust service delivery, reporting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITIL v4 Certification.
- CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent networking certifications.
- Exposure to network automation and scripting.
