Role & responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized client projects while supporting larger enterprise engagements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
- Coordinate project activities across technical consultants, functional consultants, clients, and management.
- Track project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Monitor project budgets, effort tracking, and resource utilization.
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior project managers to support larger strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Astute's project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Build strong client relationships by providing timely communication and excellent customer service.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 7-9 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience working for an Oracle Partner, ERP consulting firm, SI, or managed services organization.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Banner ERP, or other enterprise applications.
- Comfortable managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Experience coordinating implementation, upgrade, migration, or application support projects.
