Responsibilities

We are seeking for a Senior Consultant who is responsible to drive the design, development, test and support of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent coding and customization skills, and the leadership ability to guide a team of developers and admins in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. You are required to implement and use an automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, and other best practices to help our clients achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:





Total experience between 06-10 years, having minimum of 4 years hands-on experience on Application Development and DevOps activities using Salesforce platform.

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Manage the development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, code reviews, and deployment.

Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including secure coding, version control, and CI/CD processes.

Understand the business functionality, optimize existing processes and develop creative solutions for better efficiency and scalability.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (ex. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)





Working experience on Agile/Scrum based projects.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Familiarity with AppExchange products and managed packages

Analyse issues and find the root cause, mitigate the issues, provide resolution approaches and implement, also make the team to understand the issues.

Provide updates and SLA reports to the project manager as per the project timelines

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements/solutions to customer.

Act as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce stream.

Experience:

Total experience between 06-10 years, having a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience using the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (required).

Salesforce certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer will be an added advantage.
