Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and activate POSPs in assigned rural territories.

Train, guide, and monitor POSPs to improve productivity and business quality.

Achieve monthly & annual GWP targets through the POSP network.

Promote all General Insurance products (Motor, Health, Fire, PA, Crop, Liability, etc.).

Conduct daily interactions, joint field visits, and performance reviews with POSPs.

Execute customer engagement activities: field campaigns, canopy programs, microu2011events, villageu2011level drives.

Provide basic customer support including documentation guidance and claim intimation support.

Maintain strong understanding of local geography, customer segments, and rural market opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams using Hindi/English; engage customers/POSPs using local language.

- 01 years of experience in Rural Sales, Microfinance, Agriu2011inputs, FMCG, or BFSI

- Experience in POSP/agencyu2011based insurance model is an added advantage

Location
