Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

- Identify potential clients and their key stakeholders.
- Compile comprehensive contact information for targeted outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

2. Outreach

- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to schedule introductory calls with potential clients.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for prospecting.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo and others for prospecting.

3. Nurturing Prospects

- Analyze introductory calls and plan subsequent actions to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
- Identify suitable accounts for product fit for global markets.
- Identify key decision-makers to reach out in those specific accounts.

4. Introductory Calls

- Assist the sales team in introductory calls to present ShipConsoles offerings and qualify leads based on interest.




- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new business
- Increase sales pipeline through lead generation efforts

5. Data Analysis

- Analyze data from prospecting, outreach, and market research to identify trends and insights for refining sales strategies.

Requirements

- Any Graduate (or) MBA in Sales and Marketing with 2 years of experience.
- Willingness to work a shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to engage with international markets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
