- Provide L2/L3 support for CPI interfaces in production and non-production systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures (IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, SFTP, RFC, Proxy).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Work within SLA and KPI frameworks (response time, resolution time, availability).
- Coordinate with functional teams, BASIS, security, and external vendors.
Enhancements & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement minor enhancements and change requests within AMS scope.
- Optimize existing iFlows for performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Refactor mappings and Groovy scripts for maintainability.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
Technical Development:
- Develop and modify iFlows using
- Message Mapping & XSLT
- Groovy scripting
- Content modifiers
- Exception subprocesses
- Local integration processes
- Handle error-handling frameworks and logging strategies.
- Maintain secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, certificates, Basic).
