We are seeking an experienced Patch Management Engineer (L2) to manage enterprise endpoint patching and software deployment across Windows environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft endpoint management technologies and third-party patch management tools. The role involves planning, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on security patches while ensuring high compliance across enterprise endpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end patch management for Windows Servers and Windows Workstations.
- Deploy monthly security updates using Microsoft MECM (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and WSUS.
- Monitor patch deployment status and troubleshoot failed installations.
- Create and manage deployment collections, maintenance windows, and phased deployments.
- Perform software packaging and application deployment.
- Generate patch compliance and deployment reports.
- Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Support emergency and out-of-band patch deployments.
- Maintain endpoint health and ensure patch compliance.
- Participate in change management and release activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation.
- Ability to work in a 247 support environment.
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes and Change Management.
