Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise healthcare platforms (Payer Domain) scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant, using Java, Node, React, and cloud.
- Lead architectural design & innovation define system architecture, build POCs/reference architectures, and select technologies for current or re-engineered products.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Engage with clients via workshops, discovery, architecture reviews, and presentations to align tech with business goals.
- Mentor engineering teams on architectural implementation, enforcing reusable patterns, governance, and best practices.
- Evaluate and select tools/products to boost development efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, engineering, AI, product, program, and architecture peers to ensure alignment.
- Design healthcare interoperability solutions (HL7, FHIR, APIs, EHR/EMR)



and track emerging tech for strategic adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

- 14+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant Java/J2EE expertise.
- Proven Technical Architect in a us healthcare projects; 5+ years in technical leadership with active hands-on coding and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Spring ecosystem (Boot, MVC, Data, Security, Cloud) and microservices with REST APIs.
- Strong full-stack proficiency Java, SQL, React JS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on with containers & DevOps Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum.
- US Healthcare background required (Payer/Health Plan domain strongly preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving – analytical, conceptual, creative, and adaptable to evolving best practices.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
