- Production Planning: Create daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee strict quality checks for diamond grading, metal purity, stone setting, and final polish.
- Resource & Loss Management: Monitor gold/platinum loss (metal accounting) and diamond breakage or wastage during manufacturing.
- Team Leadership: Supervise factory workers, master artisans (karigars), and floor supervisors to maintain high productivity.
- Process Optimization: Implement contemporary manufacturing practices, CAD/CAM integration, and advanced casting or setting technologies to reduce turnaround time
