Hiring for Oracle EPM - FCCS OR EPBCS Implementation

Experience: 4 to 15 years

Location - Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon

Job Description for Oracle EPM - FCCS

Experience in working through all phases of Software
Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the design,
development, implementation, and maintenance of financial
applications.
o Must have (4+ projects) complete project lifecycle
experience in Financial Consolidation Projects.
o Technical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries,
COA and Record to Report module is preferred.
o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with
ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the
organization.
o Understanding of System deployment methodologies
(Agile, Waterfall).
o Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms,
financial reports based on client requirements
o Must be able to articulate the consolidation process in
FCCS.
o Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency




Translations.
o Valuable experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata
Load and Data Load.
o Experience on EPM Automate/OIC integrations.
o Experience in optimizing the performance of FCCS
application.
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards
(IFRS/GAAP) and Internal controls.

Job Description for EPBCS

Must have a complete project lifecycle experience in a
Planning and Budgeting Project.
o Must have Experience with EPBCS Workforce, Capex,
Financials Modules.
o Proficient in writing Business Rules and Calc scripts
o Experience with Forms Building, Task List, Security and all
other artifacts of the planning tools.
o Familiar with Application tuning and Optimization
o Experience in ASO cubes and MDX member formulas
o Good understanding and experience with Data movement
between applications.
o Expertise in Data Validation
o Groovy Hands On.
o Good documentation and presentation skills
