Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Predictive AI and Generative AI solutions
- Build and fine-tune Generative AI models for:
- Text, image, audio, and video generation
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as:
- GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, and open-source models
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance response quality, consistency, and reliability
- Build AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and autonomous agents
- Train and optimize models using:
- Structured and unstructured datasets
- Reinforcement learning techniques where applicable
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using embeddings and vector databases
- Work extensively with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises environments
- Develop REST APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise-grade applications
- Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Strong understanding of:
- Transformer architectures
- Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning
- Diffusion models

- Experience working with LLM APIs such as:

- OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and other leading providers

- Solid understanding of:

- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings and vector databases

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
