Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Candidates from the BFSI industry preferred.

We are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance for Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have robust relationships with real estate developers and experience in developer funding, project finance or real estate lending.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with leading real estate developers, consultants, and intermediaries.

Drive new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and establish strategic partnerships.

Maintain existing client relationships and identify future business potential.

Conduct regular site visits and stay updated on market trends and project developments.

Oversee credit notes, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis.

Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance,



and Audit teams for due diligence and approvals.

Monitor market dynamics, competition, and industry trends.

Perform micro-market analysis covering demand-supply, pricing, new launches, and customer preferences.

Monitor post-funding performance, including sales, price trends, and escrow movements.
