Job Description

CompileInfy Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Salesforce Production Support Consultant to provide L1/L2 production support for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, issue resolution, user support, system monitoring, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business users and development teams to troubleshoot issues, support releases, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining high service standards.

Required Skills

- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce Production Support.
- Strong experience in L1/L2 production support for Salesforce applications.
- Expertise in incident management, issue resolution, and user support.
- Experience in troubleshooting Salesforce application issues within SLA timelines.




- Ability to coordinate with development teams for defect fixes and enhancements.
- Experience in production release support, UAT, and impact analysis.
- Knowledge of change management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Experience in monitoring Salesforce platform performance and system health checks.
- Hands-on experience with data validation, report verification, and documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Administrator Certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in ITIL-based production support environments.
- Exposure Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced support environment.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
