Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps, and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI/ML applications and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML solutions using modern machine learning techniques and frameworks.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines.
- Develop scalable ML models and deploy them in production environments.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and automation.




- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
- Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models for various use cases.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in AI/ML Engineering
- Hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Strong knowledge of MLOps
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with TensorFlow
- Good understanding of model deployment and cloud-based ML workflows
- Experience with vector databases and prompt engineering is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Generative AI applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
