- Experience: min 3 - 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Python.
- Python Mastery: Deep expertise in Python and modern backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- AI/Agentic Frameworks: Proven hands-on experience building applications with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and agentic orchestration frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming in Python.
- Database Expertise: Solid experience with both relational/NoSQL databases and Vector Databases.
- Engineering Best Practices: Robust commitment to CI/CD, automated testing, version control (Git), and code reviews.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and model fine-tuning.
- Understanding of security best practices, especially concerning data privacy and LLM vulnerabilities (e.g., prompt injection).
