We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in identifying and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives as required.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with a strong interest in IT recruitment may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ATS or HRMS tools.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
